Consolidation runs

Consolidation runs are going well. Have found a new and exciting route to run and have teamed up with a fellow graduate to consolidate together. Beginning to feel much stronger now and when I come to the end of my run I just simply don’t want to stop 😂 Before I couldn’t wait to hear Sarah Milligan telling me my run was completed 🤣 Now I don’t use the app at all just pick the route that rounds back to my house and set off 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Such a different mind set from 9 weeks ago . Good luck everyone and don’t give up xx
