I just posted on Bridge to 10k as that's where I'vee been lately, hoping to get to 10k. Made it to 60 mins! I did Coach Bennett's 💓 Comeback Run this morning as last run was 11 days ago. I was hoping the niggle in my groin would sort itself out with a break and although this run was only 15 mins I could still feel the niggle. I think it's Osteitis Pubis according to Dr Google. I don't know what to do. Any ideas? Feeling a bit sorry for myself when all I wanna do is run and feel happy 😕
