Bit disappointed this morning, after how great I felt on Tuesdays run I thought today would be the same if not better because of how much cooler it is. Boy was I wrong this was by far the hardest run to date, I had to skip one of the 90 second runs in the middle of the session or I would have collapsed in middle of street, since getting back I haven’t stopped coughing. Overall a bad run :/ x

Progress is not linear and bad runs happen. Put it behind you and don't dwell. The next one will probably be fine :)

Thank you, I’ll try not to dwell Sunday is my next run so the few days rest will help. Xx

Bad runs are all part and parcel of this journey. Remember there is no shame in repeating a run or even a full week. I’ve repeated two runs so far. I always feel better when I do as it means I haven’t let it defeat me. Even pro runners have bad runs so don’t be disheartened and remember...you CAN do this xx

I was actually thinking about repeating week 2 as I don’t think I’ll be able to do week 3 at this point. Thank you you’ve made me feel a whole lot better about that decision :).

Hiya, yh I found the middle wk 2 run 2 tricky as well. but the third run wasn't as tough. I think just do what you feel is right? but keep going...we are at a similar place, so we're not going to stop, right? Just go slower, thats what I do and someone even cheered me on yesterday!! haha.

Ive got run one week three tomorrow, and just sen its THREE bloomin minutes, so all change. Think Ill be crawling!

Go for it lvly!x

So sorry only just seen this comment, I completed wk2r3 today and I’m definitely repeating the week I think it will help my progress massively. Good luck with week 3 thanks for replying :) xx

Yay! That’s the great thing about the program, you are really only competing against yourself, go at your own pace and you will get there xx

Not a bad run, a hard run. And those are good runs, building you towards the next challenge. I hope you enjoy the next one more.

Worn out advice but try going slower.
