Hello,

Just thought I would update you on my progress.

I have been trying to stick to an every-other-day schedule for running, but since we've been moving house over the past couple of weeks, that hasn't always been possible. Overall, however, I have been managing three runs a week sticking to the week one protocol. It has been getting a little easier, and I've enjoyed working out a new route in the new city we're in. There are a lot more runners here as well, which makes it even more comfortable still.

Today I finally managed to progress to week two! It was hard work, and by the end I think I was running slower than I walk, but I did manage it and feel like I can keep to the week two protocol again next time.

Thanks for your kind messages. Almorr, you definitely made me want to update you all as soon as I progressed. IannodaTruffe, thanks for the information you put together, I had a read through and it definitely helped me pace myself better and feel like progression was more of a possibility.

I'll let you know again when I get further.
