First non guided 5k

I’ve just done my first non guided 5k, just myself and music! (Completed Couch to 5k and then did 3 guided 5k runs using the Nike Running App) Just thought I’d share that 😊 a great start to the day! I really can do this!! Have a good day everyone 😊
