Back on the running waggon! (Hopefully! πŸ˜„)

I discovered this group this morning and you inspired me to get back on the C25k waggon! I have enjoyed running (very on-and-off!) for about 20 years and have somehow made it through two half marathons (a long time ago!) but I find it so hard to keep it up.

Started this morning with week 5 run 1 as I felt that would be about my level at the moment. Very challenging but I did it! Had to keep repeating Laura's words: it doesn't matter how slowly I go, just keep running! Will repeat this level a few times before moving on, but it feels good to be back!

Any tips on how I can keep going, even when life throws you off course occasionally?! Thank you πŸ™πŸ˜Š And thanks for the inspiration 🌟
