Some days it all comes together, today was my day! I started slimming world around 3 weeks ago and seen some steady losses but today I lost 4lbs. After that I went out and felt so much better and lighter... it's a mental thing as well and I beat 2 out of my 3 segments and finishing with a total distance of 4K.
The second time around is just as gratifying, with many different aspects of this journey. One thing I do know is follow the plan, do not add to it, do not take away from, repeat a session or a week if you feel need to but, just follow it.
