Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
Yes I did W6R1 this morning and found it harder than W5R3!!! 😂 was definitely still on a high from Sat and was going too fast!!!
Good for you depechgirl (your username sounds like the pop group Depechmode) on completing run 1 of week 6, for run 2 of week 6 which is the last run with interval walks and runs, run it a little slower than you did today, by doing that you shouldn't feel so tired.
