First run after graduation!

[Mum-Gets-Fit]

Morning 🤩 ran a gentle 20 minutes this morning after having a few days rest after completing the challenge. Plus I had my vaccination on Tuesday evening and although I did not feel poorly afterwards I would say I felt things were a bit foggy on Wednesday. So rested and took it easy today. Felt fine on the run and I have noticed my pace is quicker today so feeling pleased. Photo of my during and after refreshments 🤣

You’re just right to take it easy. We don’t want any injuries do we?! How nice to be able to just go for a run and to be able to relax and enjoy it. I’ll be starting consolidation next week 😎
