Have had a week off after my COVID vaccine as I felt a bit rough. Going to try a run in the morning and see how I get on - hopefully all will be ok. It feels ages since my last run.

Well I’m sorry to hear that, but also glad to have had the jab. I was breathless going up two flights and also digging in the garden so hoping I’m going to be ok tomorrow 😊
