Must admit to feeling a tad nervous as usual, as I found the final run of WK4 a bit tough, but did it. Will give it my best shot and update after I have done it tomorrow. Happy running all πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Also doing week 5 run 1 in the morning. Also found last run of week 4 tricky! Good luck! We can do it!

Just got R3 of W5 to go, if I can do it, I am sure you can, amazing how far I have come in a few weeks, and it is true what everyone else says, if in doubt slow down

Me too. I’m doing it on Monday. Nerves! Nice to know I’m not facing it alone!

Just done W5R1 and all was good. Bit worried about R2 tomorrow but am determined not to stop. Will probably be overtaken by a tortoise but hey ho!!

Me again. Just did run 1 of week 5. Felt easier than wk 4 run 3! Enjoyed it too!

I too found W4 R3 tricky and have decided to repeat W4 instead of starting W5. I'm going to change my route too..I struggle with the slightest uphill gradient, but need to practice more. This last weeks 5' runs all seemed to coincide with downhill sections so I am certain that 5' uphill would bring me to a complete halt. Not happy to repeat but feel I'm being sensible. Probably a first!

Good to know everyone else feels wobbly about w5r3! But we’ve been surprised all along with what we’re capable of so here’s hoping for another surprise tomorrow!
