Wow! I can run for 25 minutes without stopping! And to top it up the app said I am now a runner π A quick knee to chest stretch while admiring the Isle of Man countryside. Ready for week 7 now but also worried for 3 big runs a week. I cannot recommend this app enough and already converted 3 people and I am very proud of that! Happy weekend everyone! πͺπ»

Well done. I'm trying to just think I've done straight 25 mins and I've got to repeat them again next week. ...and it was the last big jump in running time in the rest of C25K programe.

Congratulations ππ½ππ½ππ½ . I completed that run on Friday too. Week one seems like a distant memory now doesnβt it and the thought of a 1 min run and 90 sec walk sounds like a piece of cake? Iβm also finding the thought of three big runs daunting but wondered if the walks knocked me off my stride tbh. Well done again!
Itβs just amazing what our body can do! To think that I was struggling with 3 and 5 min π³. I just canβt believe how well thought this app is. Letβs keep it up and hopefully weβll graduate in the same time ππΌππΌ
I know yeah. They seemed impossible at the time! Well, I had to take my daughter for a covid test today so I could be facing 2 weeks locked away which could throw me off πππ
Oh no! Hopefully not π€π» but apparently you should be ok for 1-2 weeks. I had to take 1 week off because of knee injury just before w5r3 and wasnβt sure if I should repeat the whole week or just go for the 20 min. I went for it and was absolutely fine! Not even covid canβt stop us πͺπ»
She got a negative thank goodness, so Iβm still on track and just got another 25min under my belt! Your right, we can smash it πͺπ½
Me too! Iβve done the 25 min today and it was actually ok but I am a bit sore here and there this evening! But if you think about it we only have 8 more runs to graduate, something I never thought would be possible when I started ππππ keep me updated on how you get on ππΌ
Well done. ππ½ππ½ I found it a bit of a struggle compared to Friday to be honest, with a minor bit of lower back pain again but I battled through without stopping! Yeah, itβs gone pretty quick and the apps definitely kept me motivated! Yep, will do. ππ½
