Wow! I can run for 25 minutes without stopping! And to top it up the app said I am now a runner 😍 A quick knee to chest stretch while admiring the Isle of Man countryside. Ready for week 7 now but also worried for 3 big runs a week. I cannot recommend this app enough and already converted 3 people and I am very proud of that! Happy weekend everyone! πŸ’ͺ🏻

Well done. I'm trying to just think I've done straight 25 mins and I've got to repeat them again next week. ...and it was the last big jump in running time in the rest of C25K programe.

This is my next run but feeling a little under the weather today so it will have to wait until tomorrow. Really hope I'm successful like you.

Gotta say the thought of no more intervals from now on is a little daunting.

Congratulations πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½ . I completed that run on Friday too. Week one seems like a distant memory now doesn’t it and the thought of a 1 min run and 90 sec walk sounds like a piece of cake? I’m also finding the thought of three big runs daunting but wondered if the walks knocked me off my stride tbh. Well done again!

It’s just amazing what our body can do! To think that I was struggling with 3 and 5 min 😳. I just can’t believe how well thought this app is. Let’s keep it up and hopefully we’ll graduate in the same time πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ

I know yeah. They seemed impossible at the time! Well, I had to take my daughter for a covid test today so I could be facing 2 weeks locked away which could throw me off 😭😭😭

Oh no! Hopefully not 🀞🏻 but apparently you should be ok for 1-2 weeks. I had to take 1 week off because of knee injury just before w5r3 and wasn’t sure if I should repeat the whole week or just go for the 20 min. I went for it and was absolutely fine! Not even covid can’t stop us πŸ’ͺ🏻

Me too! I’ve done the 25 min today and it was actually ok but I am a bit sore here and there this evening! But if you think about it we only have 8 more runs to graduate, something I never thought would be possible when I started πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ keep me updated on how you get on πŸ™πŸΌ

Well done. πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½ I found it a bit of a struggle compared to Friday to be honest, with a minor bit of lower back pain again but I battled through without stopping! Yeah, it’s gone pretty quick and the apps definitely kept me motivated! Yep, will do. πŸ‘πŸ½
