Just kidding, so run 27 this affy, now a "runner" according to Laura anyhows, Its been tough,I'm 60 yrs old never had a corn in my entire and had had 2 this last 9 wks,how can something so small cause so much pain?, Plantar Fasciitis at one point in both feet,one cleared up bout wk 5,one just clearing up this last week(I did some exercises btw,it didn't go away by its self)and as luck would have it,it was the day after runs it was painful.
Anyhow enough of the neg's, so was/is, it worth it, you bet it is, 9 wks ago I struggled with wk 1,then 2 etc but whilst in my experience it don't actually get easier you/ I develop a mindset to see light at the end of the tunnel and I don't mean looking at wk 9, I mean the end of this current week then we move on.
Honestly to those behind and it's been said many times I'm sure but believe me if I can do it you can, just follow the programme, be positive, Don't try find excuses to do it tomorrow( done that) get out do it and most of all enjoy.
I didn't make the 5k but after next week of repeating this week,hopefully I'll get there in the next 2/3 wks.
