Yay! W9R3 completed! My goal for lockdown 2021 has been achieved. I’m so pleased with myself as I have never run before and am now in my sixties. I’m going to be honest, I can’t say that I’ve enjoyed it (sorry) but my determination has been evident! I’ve always felt elated when I’ve finished a run and would and will recommend this programme to anyone. Thank you for this page, I have found it most useful for tips and other people ‘s struggles. Keeep running!
