Can't believe I just ran for 20 mins with no walking breaks, I am feeling really proud of myself right now!
I was a bit worried about this one, but reading such positive comments about other people's experiences really helped.
To anyone else feeling nervous about wk5r3 - don't be! You really can do it, as I just proved to myself (just need to figure out how to wipe this smug grin off my face now)

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ
That is fabulous news!.. well done .πββοΈ.. I'm on week 5 and doing run 2 night. I'm worried about the increase from 5 to 8, let alone run 3, and a 20 min run. Thank you for the encouragement. It was just what I needed to see/hear. π
Bad news! The smug grin is there for the rest of the day. As is the insane urge to tell all and sundry about your achievement. You'll recover eventually. π
Well done. Week 5 is/was my favourite. You start to believe in yourself when you finish your third run. I think I still had the grin on my face when I finished week 6 π x
Yes well done. I managed that this morning too and am amazed. Would never have thought I could run for 20 mins. Struggling near the end but Michael Johnsonβs comment to just keep putting one foot in front of the other helped. Amazed at the jumps in this programme. To go from 8 to 20 mins in one week just didnβt seem possible. But there you go!! ππΌππΌππ
