Just starting out. Don’t really think of myself as a runner as yet and have to psych myself up for each run. Just finished week 2 run 1- hoping I can keep going. Enjoy feeling like I’m doing something to help my fitness though.

Keep going. I am due to complete wk3 run3 on Sunday. I really feel like I am getting somewhere..... you will feel amazing
