As above, possibly the most comfortable I've felt (still felt minging though tbh),best time and longest run todate ended up doing 32 mins cos phone kept ringing(I was meeting someone but they turned up at mine early) and it must of cancelled Laura just when she told me 1 min left,I kept thinking "Bloody hell this is a long 60 secs"
Anyhow I feel like a runner now as I've got "Joggers Nipple" to go with everything else,
So 2 more and I can get back to the couch !!

If you try to beat your time on every run you will find it hard work. Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable and it is in fact the pace at which you will maximise adaptation and development of your body. Faster is not necessarily better.
Ian, I wasn't trying to beat my time it just happened as I felt more comfortable cos I consciously started slower.thanks for the link,I'll have a look now and yeah I concur JN is painful haha
