Really please to announce Iβve completed the program, it was a few weeks back now just havenβt got round to posting an update. To say Iβm please is a massive understatement this process has been truly life changing...I now go out jogging and walking on alternate days and must say I love it..
Iβm now interested in how to maintain and maybe move up to 10kππΌ...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

After you run several 30 minute consolidation runs you could try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you could do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K, a bit like C25K, but it's not an app, Google Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked March graduate home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated.
Congratulations on your graduation, now its time for your body to get used to running 30 minutes that's what I'm doing at the moment Im Running most days now getting used too it, I'll be doing this for a couple of months yet then when I feel it's time to step up to 10k I will no rush..πππͺπͺ
