I am absolutely shocked to say that I have actually completed Wk7 R3! I didn't think I had it in me but I've been following the program, reading about people's experiences and advice, and listening to 'Laura' (except the rest day in between as I have to fit in the runs when I can with family and work) and am so proud to say I've got this far. I'm not the fastest but I'm moving so much more than before I started C25K. The fact that I'm outside at least 4 days a week now, in the fresh air and doing my own slow run for nearly 30 mins is a massive achievement. I am determined to get to 9 weeks and keep this up!

Well done! You will get to week 9 and graduate and beyond 😉. To be honest, I am on my consolidation runs and I am still astonished that I can do it after every single run. This program is fantastic! And we are more capable than we give ourselves credits for.

I felt the same, thinking back to W1 when I was puffing like a Billy train after 3 minutes thinking I was going to die.

I have week 7 run 3 to do today. Not sure I can do it as run 2 I pushed to hard, nearly done my hamstring and both calves cramped after. Still tender today but maybe a slower run might help me free up. Congrats on completing week 7.

I am very slow but I just think even if I go slow its better than I was doing before over lockdown which was sat at a laptop all day. Keep going, you can do it!

Wow those last words in reply done it for me. Week 7 complete. I feel better now than I did before the run. I always feel if I can make the halfway point the rest is easier. First half I always struggle. Probably more mental than pysical. Thank you for the push I needed today.
