Never say die

A year ago, I got as far as the end of week five before a recurrence of a back problem forced me to stop. I couldn't get treatment because of lockdown so forgot about it. I restarted the program last week and was doubtful that I would graduate. Severe pain in right calf after first run, day one, week two, but nothing more than slight discomfort after run six. The arteries must be expanding on demand!

I now have high hopes going forward.
