Last 5k of my 50’s

Tonight I went out and did my regular 5k maintenance run, being my last one of being in my 50’s also two years ago I was in the Hospice with my Mum and on this date I managed to do my second to last run of C25K before graduation. It was slow tonight, after around 2k my calf started to hurt it felt like I had cramp which wasn’t what I wanted to feel. Will see how we go managed the 5k under 30 minutes.

Take care. Everyone is different with these jabs. I was a bit tired for a week & Mr Garmin said my rhr was up for that week.

Great thing about hitting your sixties is, you can move up the rankings in parkrun (my age weighted results are way better than my actual results)😉Happy birthday 🎂
