Well, who would have believed it......certainly not me.....I have completed week 8 without any real issues....wowzer.....this programme really works! One thing is for sure, our bodies is one amazing piece of โmachineryโ and when we put our minds to it, we can certainly achieve things which we have always thought was impossible and totally outside our comfort zone.
Physically, I am now much fitter, mentally, much happier and have reduced my weekly intake of pain killers by 50%. The advice, honesty, humour on this forum has kept me going over the past 8 weeks and I really appreciate all the information which is available. Week 9......bring it on!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone and happy running/jogging.

Brilliant! Well done. If you enjoyed this week, you'll love week 9.
I think that the only thing that holds us back is our own fear. Fear of the unknown and fear of failure. Isn't it brilliant when we can prove ourselves wrong?
Thank you ๐ Chrimson51. Totally agree with you re our own fear and failure. I honestly never thought I would be able to run nonstop stop for 5 minutes, let alone 28 minutes! Not long now till you graduate, you have done so well๐๐ผ.
Thank you ๐ Indielass00, really happy that I have managed to come this far! I hope you are keeping well and youโre on the road to full recovery. I love reading your blogs! ๐
Iโve recovered from viral bug but hips not good. Not run since last Saturday when I had to stop but still getting pain when I walk. Hopefully will see a health professional soon to get some advice ๐ค๐ป
Enjoy W9, itโs such an achievement ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
