Hello all, long time reader, first time post! I am currently up to Week8 Run3. I would not have got this far in the program if it wasn't for regularly checking in here and reading the motivating and insightful posts from fellow members prior to every jog I have been on during the last 8 weeks. This truly is a wonderful resource and my thanks to everyone who has unknowingly been inspiring me along the way! :0)
