Moan moan moan.... just done week 1 (second time round)... and the good news is my knee seems to be improving but my big toe has developed gout! (anti-inflam gel seems to help).
I've been doing walks on my non-running days, and after a two day of (walking) break between week one and two I've at last started feeling a bit stronger...
So tomorrow I'll brave week 2 Run 1.
