Well done on starting the program !That's the hard bit 👍
No need to be nervous, just keep doing what your doing , but keep it slow , slower than you might think !
The runs should be at a conversational pace , ie so you could comfortably hold a conversation while running 🙂

Hi, welcome to the group, it's normal to be nervous, I was when I started, definitely read the guide to starting, stay positive if I can do it you definitely can, im now on week 6 run 2. Good luck 👍
