If you’d have told me a little over 2 months ago that I’d be getting outside before 6.30am to run for 28 mins on a frosty morning, I would have declared you entirely bonkers!
One more week to do on this programme and then I thought I’d train for a marathon 😳
Only joking 🤣 🤪 🙃 🥸

Well done! I loved week 8 and did most of it in deep snow and minus temperatures 🤣 we are nuts indeed! Enjoy your final week and the glow of graduation xx
Thank you! I didn’t have a good week 7 so I was a bit worried about 8 and I won’t deny it’s been a bit tough - but I am really looking forward to next week!
What an inspiring post well done Determined55 you're well on your way to becoming addicted ( if you're not already 🤣)
Addicted to running? Me?!? Who is this person I’m becoming 🤣🤦♀️
Yep it's you and those pesky endorphins 👍🤣 that runner's high feeling is a great one, you're liking the new you that's evolving
Well done, I know exactly how you are feeling, I've just done my third W8 run this morning and yes, I set off at 06.26 am 😂. It was cold and frosty but not slippy. I won't be going for a marathon (I prefer Galaxy ) Enjoy Week 9 x
Hi Determined55 , well done for getting so far into C25K, I’m sure you will graduate with flying colours next week. Definitely sounds like you’ve got the running bug. I am due to go out for Wk1 R3 tomorrow, after 2 hip ops I am so thrilled that I can do a very slow jog. You’re post has definitely given me motivation to carry on. 😊
Excellent work Pink4eva! I remember how shocked I was that I’d actually bought running shoes and gone out in the first run and then how tired I was afterwards but it was a good tired! This is a great programme and you can build up your stamina very quickly. You’ll be at week 9 too before long and wondering who this new person is!! Good luck!
