I’ve just completed my 2nd run of Week 6 and it feels amazing !!
I was so fired up I actually ended up leaving the house in the dark an hour earlier hoping that I’d be motivated running with the sun rising and it was such a beautiful morning - really helped with today’s session.
After feeling wobbly / nervous at the start I got into my stride after the first 5 mins - again, at the start of the 2nd half I felt a little nervous that I would struggle but I actually enjoyed it - I had a little energy left in the battery as I had been going my usual super slow pace and I feel much more confident after today, especially knowing that from here on the runs are getting longer !
For all those worried for this week - Be positive !! You CAN do it !!! I’d said this was my best run so far !!!
And as always, thank you to all those that regularly post and provide support - I genuinely couldn’t have done this without the forum

Well done. I've started all my runs just as daylight is starting to peek through. There have been some beautiful sunrises. One of the things I changed was I stopped thinking "can I do this" and started thinking "I CAN do this" It really made a difference.
