Week 6 Run 2 Completed

Phew ! Another step on the way to 5k completed - with another early morning run. A few minor aches, since which I've walked the dogs, trimmed back a rather overgrown laurel bush, a brisk walk for a family visit, and just finished mowing the lawn with another walk with the dogs to come.

Looking forward to Monday morning and W6 R3

I've even mapped out a 5.5k route in the hopes that I'll make it through to the end . It does look quite daunting as everywhere around here is hilly to some extent - but keeping positive while it will be slow running up hill , when it levels off I'll appreciate it all the more, and broadly the rest will be back down hill , which will be so satisfying.

Just remains for me to say have a great weekend and don't go too fast or get too hot !

Sounds like an exhausting day so far, Richard, but sounding good.

You're well-prepped for Monday's outing. Have a good one and let us know how it goes.

It's all (figuratively) downhill from here towards the Podium of Eternal Glory!!
