Hi,

Well I went for it and completely suprised myself I did it, slow, but didn't stop, so happy, thought I wasn't going to complete the second one but managed to keep nagging myself till I heard the call 60 seconds left, bring on day 3, 20min run next! Fingers crossed 🀞

Don't cross your fingers.............hands need to be relaxed.

Thanks, I'll keep relaxed when running, you should have seen my silly grin I had on after I finished yesterday it stayed all day. Bring on week 5 day 3 I'm looking forward to it now!
