There isn't really any specific one. You might like to use a more general running tracker app like Strava, MapMyRun, FitoTrack, etc.
There are a handful of follow-on podcasts.
Was there any particular type of plan you were thinking of following?

I like the Nike Run Club app, lots of coached runs of various times and distances, or you can just use it to track and keep a record of your progress, it’s free too 👍
It also automatically pauses your workout if you stop and resumes it when you begin to run again.

You could do one of Ju Ju's Magic plans (I'm doing Time first) and use a simple interval timer, if you dont want a hyperactive American shouting how "awesome" you are. Interval timers can be downloaded for free are good for training anyway. And not just for running - I understand that some people think there is more to life than just running (and biscuits).
