Just did my first run after recovering from Covid in January, and it felt like absolute shite to be honest 😅 my lungs felt like they were filled with cement... that was on fire, it was awful. But, i still did it with the baby in his pram and it feels awesome to be back after a month off! Hope i can keep running now and stay healthy. Stay safe out there everyone, greetings from a very muddy Sweden (but that means spring is coming 🤠) ✌️

Perhaps you should repeat some of the runs of C25K, say restart at week 3, well done on restarting after post covid.
