Couch to 5k first run complete 😍🏃‍♀️

I have completed ✅ my first session of couch to 5k after some very good tips and video links shared from other members yesterday .

I really enjoyed my first run and it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting actually looking forward to the next session 🏃‍♀️
