A few things I’ve learned this week...

I absolutely hate running in the wind, it makes my eyes water, and today with a runny nose (I’m not sick) to go with it I looked a right treat..

Thankfully Ive learned to never leave for a run without a tissue but I got some pitiful looks when I was wiping my eyes, I think the dog walkers thought I was crying.

Long hair issues...even with half a can of hairspray, and my hair tied up In the best Ms Trunchball style I can manage, the hair that goes in my face irritates me beyond belief, so I’m going to have to buy a headband.

My music choice is vital to motivation, chilled Ibiza music doesn’t cut the mustard, so I’ll go back to my original playlist.

So with my hair looking awful, my eyes watering and a runny nose I looked far from the picture of health. On the inside I felt great.... I just didn’t look it! Beauty is on the inside...right?

Onwards and upwards to week 5! 👍

Happy running all! 😎

A great picture 😂 I tend to go beetroot red just at the thought of exercise, my eyes also stream as soon as it's windy and my hair soon gives me that 'wild' look too! I'm glad it's not just me! But who cares right?

Thanks Devon_straggler , no it’s not just you that ends up looking like a wild child!

Who cares is right. I cared about what I looked like a bit at the start of all this but now I couldn’t give two hoots what anyone thinks of my look.

I’ve gone out in some really ‘special’ outfits (which I’ve just stolen from my husband as I didn’t own any sports kit)

Still, if I could tame the hair out of my face that would be a real bonus. ☺️

I've been wearing a headband of sorts, it keeps my ears warm without having to wear a hat. It also has the benefit of keeping my hair under control!

Will be looking into headbands, can’t stand a hat, so headband will be the answer. 😎
