The arrival of spring is literary around the corner once bumblebees emerge from hibernation. Nature is buzzing back, days are getting longer and the weather will improve. Premium running fun is not far ahead of us. Life is good! :)

Life is good mrrun and I hope the forecast cold snap will spare the bees.

Yay, indeed. I am about to go out for a quick 12K towards the setting sun. I can't ask for more than that. It took a single bumblebee to make me walk around and whistle.

It’s lovely to see bumble bees and all the other things that promise spring is on the way

As I always run in basketball gear, I will start wearing brighter tops, visible from the edges of space. Not many things excite me more than the imminent arrival of spring (except summer, as I am a hot weather aficionado). This weekend the forecast here in London promises some great weather. I am making a whole day out of it and will go for a decent long run. I am loving this!

How wonderful to see the first bumblebee of Spring! I've planted lots of crocuses, snowdrops and primroses in my garden so that if any bees emerge early, there is food for them. I haven't seen any bees yet though, so I hope your bumblebee finds enough flowers so early in the year! I'm definitely going to look out for bumblebees on my next run now 😊
