Starting again!

Morning all, graduated C25K couple of years ago and carried on running. For severaĺ reasons (work,lack of time, minor injuries etc) found I stopped about 3 months ago, but have now decided to start again at week 1 and re-graduate!!

I have just retired so should have no time issues, the snow has gone and I've just completed week1( just before the snow arrived!) so it's full steam ahead from now.......wish me luck!

Good luck 🤞. I started the program 3 months ago, after retiring, and my run is the highlight of my day. On the final week now after repeating some weeks due to knee issues. Hoping you make great progress towards a 2nd graduation... go for it!

Thanks for that. When I was running before I certainly felt energised after running and I am determined to get back to that feeling. I live in Dover and early morning, summer runs along the seafront are fantastic.....and now I have loads of time to really enjoy them! Good luck with your final week and well done ! 👍
