So after 3 weeks off I have completed my last run of week 3 although my body was done and didn’t hurt at all my chest was so tight and actually hurt, my breathing was awful! Just wanted to know if anyone could give me some advice on whether I should repeat the run again?

Well done on starting c25k. In most case, new runners try to run too fast when they start. You should run at a pace where you can have a conversation. Look at pinned posts for the introductory post which will give you lots of useful info.
You may wish to try that run again to see if running slower makes a difference.
