I started Week 4 , but following 9 days out with knee pain have gone back Week 2 , I have mental illness so it was hard to motivate to start again , in the forced break my mental health plummeted and bp crept back up , horrendous so I’m chuffed I got back out on a freezing morning , think I’m basically saying don’t worry about having to repeat weeks if you feel you need to , kind wishes and happy running to you all

Well done!! Its always hard to start something but then once you've done the difficult first few steps you’ll remember why you are doing it and how much you enjoy it!! Lovely of you to take the time to motivate others too, good luck

Bravo for going out in the very cold weather after your enforced break and an even bigger well done for not giving up and for having the savvy to just turn the clock back a few weeks in the prog and try again. Both take guts 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
