Running on the spot?

Does anyone run on the spot indoors when the weather is too bad to go out? I’ve seen a few YouTube channels that do guided indoor runs. Is a a useful thing to do? I’m thinking it can’t have the same results as running outside, with propulsion - and hills - etc.?

It wont be the same as running outside but it's better than nothing.

Thanks - that’s what I thought too. I can’t really run around the house -it’s a bit antisocial for others living here! 😆
