Hi, I was supposed to be starting week 5, run 1, but for whatever reason I did run 2 by mistake. On other weeks this wouldn't be a problem, as runs repeat, but week 5 ramps up. So my question is- should I backtrack to run 1, or repeat run 2 for my second run of week 5, bearing in mind that run 3 is a biggy?
On a personal level, I was chuffed that I competed this run, if only slightly ahead of time 😁

The app is better. The one you turquoise and yellow app. You can play your own music and it will turn the volume down when the trainer speaks. Laura is on it too.
Having just completed wk 5 I would just do run 2 again. Btw the feeling when you compete run 3 and you’re still standing and breathing is off the scale! Enjoy 😊
