My first 5km- Wk7,run 2

Very overweight and unfit, been doing C25k to the app timings and amazingly have no problem with 3km now, but wanted to rack up the distance, I'm not going to get much faster (dodgy knee so fast power walking), but v.pleased to do 49 mins **non stop** today to nail that distance 🙌.

My North London route takes me through Alexandra place park -Aiming for a 'Rocky finish' halfway in 2 wks up those Palace steps....
