Wk7 Run 2

Every time I go out thinking I won’t be able to finish the run and every run (almost) I get to the end, run as per instructions!

Even sped up slightly for the last minute tonight.

Self belief needed (or a new brain)

Good on you Tracy on running week 7 run 2, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 7, not too long before you graduate 🎓😊🏃

Thank you, I can’t say I’ve been bitten by the running bug, more like I’ve told everyone I’m doing c25k so I’m jolly well seeing this through till the end!!

One minute was tough... now 25 minutes is tough... you’re making really good progress... look what you did in a few weeks! Not much to add now to the end of this plan... you’ve done this through hard work and determination, you should be really proud and believe now that you can achieve anything.

Like most people that start the program, I didn’t think I could run to the end of my road without medical assistance, so to have run 3 x a week for nearly 7 weeks and now able to run for 25mins without stopping is such an achievement.

It is... after the first run of run one I wanted to quit 😂

Haha, the first straight 20 min run was the killer for me, I seriously thought I had a bootleg version of the app! It was such a jump from the staggered runs I was used to 😱😄

I hated the intervals, that 20 was a dream 😂

Funny how we all struggle on different ones really.

I’ve found Week 7 the same...this week it’s been really hard to get through the first 5-8 minutes but then after that I’m away. Strange how different runs make you feel. I’m only one run ahead of you, so hopefully we will graduate together ☺️

Good luck LottiePops 💪 I’m the same, by the time 12 mins is announced and kinda half way, its feels achievable
