I did it!!!

First half was hard. (Running slightly up hill all the way) but when I felt like stopping, I just said try to next lamppost, next tree. Before I knew it the bell went for halfway. From there it was mostly flat or slightly down hill and funnily enough, legs stopped aching so much. I can’t believe I did it. Not bad for 66 year old I think.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs, you should be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾

The milestones will just start coming relatively fast now: 25 minutes - 20 minutes was not a fluke

30 minutes - yeah graduation

5K - done it

45 minutes - 3/4 hour?!

1 hour - erm I'll let you know soon...

But that 20 minutes is so important. You should be grinning ear to ear. I was.
