I have just slowly run 20 minutes! ππIt feels fantastic to be able to say that. W5r3 was the strongest that i have felt, breathing is under control now and i even felt i could have kept going. First run in the rain too and boy did it rain but it was actually quite refreshing. I'm grinning like a cheshire cat! Roll on w6!

Good good good. A great boost for the confidence and into the second half of programme. A bit of work still to do but nothing to fear. Carry on as you are, you won't go wrong.
