Just completed w5 r2 on snow and ice. Very slow but did it. Felt great after. Next 20 min run. I am beginning to believe I might just do it. Another thing I’ve noticed is that for some of my running I can switch off from thinking about aching legs, how much further etc and just enjoy that I’m running.

Of course you will do it, just take run 3 of week 5 slow and steady, however, do be careful about that ice.
