I did my final run this morning. I can't quite believe that I completed the programme - I guess that is testimony to how well designed it is!
Consolidation runs start on Monday - it will be great to still be part of this lovely, supportive forum.

Congratulations- well done - get them trainers spruced up for your consolidation runs - looks like you were carrying 2k of mud with you - well impressed!🤾♀️👏🤸
Or testimony to the effort you put in, give yourself a lot of credit please.. 😊
Tandrageegirl, is that after the place where the crisps are made?
Thank you! And yes it is - that is where I am from 😊
I live less than ten miles from it, it's a nice spot. 😊
Aw, always lovely to hear from people from home 😊
I take it you live away from here then?
I do. I am in Surrey - at least it is flatter than Tandragee ....
Yes that's a mighty hill in Tandragee lol
When was the last time you got back?
December 2019!
Not long ago then.
Clare Glen is really nice.
A good spot for a run, apart from the hilly bits!
That's true, but the hilly bits make it challenging I'm sure.
A step too far for me right now!
Sure, just enjoy the running, it doesn't really matter where you do it.
True. Good to be outside too.
It is..
I went through Tandragee today, it was deserted, but went past Clare Glen and it was packed.
Not great, eh?
No, it looked a bit dangerous, some standing to close to each other.
Congratulations, this is just the start of a wonderful running journey.
Well done tandrageegirl post a message to the link below and someone will be there to pin your medal on 👍

Well done 🏃♀️🏃♀️
As a fellow Norn Irn-er... I just discovered recently there is a Virtual Run NI of 70 miles, called Bridging The Cities.... You do it in your own time and your own routes, during 2021... It's the distance between Albert Bridge and either Craigavon Bridge or New Bridge... And you get a medal when you finish 🏅 I'm part way through it! Just thought you might be interested... Something from home😊
