This was my Storm Christof run - wind, rain, the whole works. So my time wasn’t as great as last time. I ran a little further - 5.63km - but didn’t want to push it because no-one wants to get the flu or a cold right now!
A little knee twinge as well, so I stayed on the safe side, ran the same route and listened to the same podcast.

Well done Lucas, the wind is my least favourite weather condition so well done to you for getting out there. You’re making good progress.
Well done! I think I heard storm Christof this night here in Belgium. He certainly was able to keep me awake! If he keeps wreaking havoc today, I think I might postpone my run of today or do it on the treadmill. Me and heavy wind are not friends (sort of trauma from years ago). But well done that you dared to go into the storm!
Hi pr0fess0r are you keeping the CR runs the same or are you testing out different running styles? just curious am getting a bit down about my CR runs.
For now I'm keeping them the same but just pushing a little bit harder with pace. I know as soon as it gets boring or a little too easy I'll start to increase the distance, I just don't want to push myself too hard too soon. have you thought about a different route, or listening to something different?
Good idea, its been the same route for quite a while! I get super excited about my runs (then down) but have pretty kept everything the same since i started CR runs.
