CR1 The plan was to walk for 10 minutes, run 30 mins then walk until I reached 5k.
I woke up this morning not feeling 100% and ran to the loo (poorly)) ...... regardless of this I still got on my treadmill and completed the walk and started the 30 minute run but my heart wasn't in it, no goal, what am I doing this for at my age etc.. then I had to have an urgent bathroom break (poorly again) after which I felt great so got back on the treadmill πππ!!
I usually reduce my pace after either 10 or 20 minute point but didn't and had enough energy to increase my pace 2 minutes and again 1 minute before the end of the run.
So I reached the 5k which took in total 51.30. All in all a good run. Even though this is slow, I'm a really happy snail.πππππππ
Keep safe everyone and happy running.

Congratulations on sticking to it but remember it's okay to give yourself a break sometimes when you really don't feel well. I hope you're on the mend soon!
WoW....well done you!!!πππ I think I may well have dismissed this run if I felt poorly. What a trooper....and you completed your goal exceptionally well. Congrats. πββοΈπ
Well done, you stuck with it, that's what counts, maybe a bit of post graduation! With all this rain, your treadmill has come into it's own, hope the tummy sorts itself out! π
Well done for going through with it, all things considered. Lesser mortals would have chucked it π
I did CR1 today too, after a curry & not much sleep. I found it quite tough. Tried the pod casts c25k+. Jeez! Had to switch it off after a minute π€―. Awful lol
5 minutes walk, 30 minute run and 5 minute walk. Usual pattern, but it was fine despite the curry sloshing round my bellyπ€’
