This one was tough! I don’t know why, I just had no energy at all, right from the start. I almost gave up around 3.5kms but decided that if I did that, I’d always be finding reasons to give up, so I powered on. Spotify wasn’t giving me the greatest tracks either, I know how hard it is to understand the concept of “Shuffle” but it keeps giving me tracks I’ve already heard!
So I didn’t stray far this time, and stopped dead on 5kms, but I’m glad I got it finished and next time I might double check I’ve eaten enough during the day and had enough sleep.

Well done Lucas. The fact that you kept going inspired me to do the same this morning. I wanted to stop at 10 and 15 minutes today but I remembered that you kept going and I did the same. Well done fella!
Thanks David! You eventually get into a rhythm even if it's slow and if you can keep your mind distracted you'll get there... I have Strava updating me every 0.5kms which helps
Well done on staying the course. That’s still a great distance travelled. Guess sometimes stuff happens. The less good experiences throw added light on and give a deeper glow to the good ones.
Well done on gritting your teeth and carrying on Pr0 💪👏 We all have those runs!
For Spotify, if you're listening to a playlist and you don't want it to repeat the tracks you need to press the repeat button (the arrows that are in a circle) and make sure it has one dot. That means repeat the playlist but not the tracks. 🎵 I hope that helps 👍
