W5R3 is the shortest workout since W3.........you are ready for it.

This breakdown may help allay your fears healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Everyone feels the dread of run 3 of week 5 BUT after they have ran it they also feel very proud of themselves for completing it, take run 3 of week 5 slow and steady, you will be 🆗, good luck. 👍

Looking forward to the euphoria after, like you say slow and steady and good music. Thank you. X

Ahhh... The famous W5R3. The one everyone thinks they can't do is also the one everyone can do and the one that makes people realise they can do anything!

You've got this!

99% of runners who compete that run know they will graduate in a few weeks time.

I’ve got this run tonight and completely dreading it. I’m prolonging putting the kids to bed as a procrastination.....! So glad to hear I’m not the only one scared about the massive leap!

How did you do? Bet you loved it. X

Can’t say I loved it - 2 degrees and torrential rain!😅 There’s an inevitable hill that I normally do half way through but thought I’d tackle it first today. At 4 minutes I thought I’d never get through it but I did, with the second mile run in 10.33mins (5.7mph). Still way too fast but I’m working on it! Onto week 6.....! Xx
