An extra rest day was in order....

After my two 7,5k runs earlier this week I knew that i should have an extra rest day so why oh why did I go out today?

Did 35 mins and it felt like an eternity.

But......I’ll get over it and will be out again on Tuesday/Wednesday because that’s what runners do, right.
